Common Problems:
Q 1: When connect the ear endoscope camera with the android smart phone, LED bringing but the APP without image.
A: Maybe your android smart phone not support OTG or UVC function. Please ask for customer service or check on the internet by yourself before purchasing.
Q 2: On the top of the ear endoscope camera is feeled hot.
A: The product is slightly warmer than the body temperature, harmless to human ear. Intermittent use is suggest for user with sensitive skin.
