Investigate the cause - Is it a problem with incoming materials? A problem with the manufacturing process? A problem with warehousing and transportation? → 1-2 business days
Provide a solution - Replacement, rework, and compensation – negotiated according to the contract and the nature of the problem → proceeding simultaneously.
Implement improvements - If the problem is confirmed to be ours, implement improvement measures to prevent recurrence → Long-term follow-up.
