| Tuya Human Presence Occupancy Motion Sensor: Wi-Fi/ZigBee dual communication, 6-month history viewing, low power. Ceiling-mounted, APP control, fits home, hotel, warehouse for smart security & automation. | |||||||||

app control
Connection & Control: Supports dual wireless communication methods (Wi-Fi and ZigBee) and must be used with the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" APP. A gateway is required for device linkage—the gateway can receive signals from ZigBee devices and upload them to the server via Wi-Fi, enabling both remote control and local control (local operation via ZigBee is available when the network is disconnected).
Core Performance: Features 6-month historical record viewing, allowing users to trace the time trajectory of events such as human presence detection and door/window switching. Equipped with a 16-bit low-power microprocessor, it supports battery level reminder functions, timely notifying users of "low battery" and "critically low battery" statuses to prevent sudden device shutdown. Compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, matching most home wireless network environments.
Bedrooms: Automatically adjusts indoor light brightness when human presence is detected (e.g., triggering night lights to turn on when getting up at night), and turns off electrical appliances with a delay after leaving, balancing comfort and energy efficiency.
Bathrooms: Automatically turns on exhaust fans when human presence is detected, and turns them off with a delay after leaving, avoiding energy waste caused by forgetting to turn off exhaust fans. It also allows users to check the time pattern of family members using the bathroom via historical records.
Warehouses: Records the time when human activity is detected, facilitating tracing of goods storage and retrieval periods; links to turn off unnecessary lighting and equipment when unoccupied, reducing energy consumption.
Equipment Rooms: Monitors in real time whether there are personnel entering, and pushes alarm notifications when human presence is detected during abnormal periods (e.g., non-working hours), enhancing equipment room security protection.
Guest Rooms: Automatically turns on welcome lights when guests enter, and turns off air conditioners, lights, and other equipment with a delay after guests leave the room, reducing hotel energy consumption. It also assists in housekeeping scheduling via historical records (e.g., checking guest departure time to arrange cleaners for timely room tidying)
